Make an allegation – Details
In the fields below you must describe the situation of non-compliance with the Code of Conduct, other internal documents or laws you wish to report.
It is important that the description is sufficiently complete to allow the company to have the necessary data to ascertain the facts:
- What (description of the situation)
- Who (names of people involved, including witnesses)
- When (date when it happened, happens or will happen the situation)
- Where (location of the report)
- Why (the cause or reason)
- How much (if possible)
- Evidence (if it exists and where it can be found)
To monitor the progress of your complaint, after completing your registration you will receive a protocol number. Subsequently, use the option “Follow up on the report” and enter this number. There you will find information about the investigation stage of the report (not started, in progress or finalized).
